Jewish Federation Apartments offers subsidized apartments for individuals 62 and older, or 18+ and mobility-impaired. Jewish Federation Apartments is an apartment building designed to meet the particular needs of elderly and mobility-impaired adults. Sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Greater Buffalo, the goal of the building is to enable tenants to live as active members of the community in a safe and affordable setting.
Located on a four-acre suburban site, the six-story building contains a total of 150 individual apartments. These include:

- 130 one-bedroom units
- 5 two-bedroom units
- 13 one-bedroom units (modified for wheelchairs)
- 2 two-bedroom units (modified for wheelchairs)

Residence is open to persons 62 years of age, or older, and mobility-impaired individuals over 18 years of age (and their families, for those who qualify).
